A must-have for heavy loads and wide loads that put stress across the platform deck (i.e., loading multiple motorcycles). The Heavy Duty upgrade adds front and rear bracing to the platform that resists "bowing" of the leading and trailing edges of the platform deck. This ensures the platform continues to engage smoothly when loading heavier loads. The front brace is spaced such that a 2x4 can be sandwiched between the deck and the brace to create insane rigidity - and give you an additional surface for accessories and mounts. 

This includes a 1.5" tube and a thick rear plate that is bolted to the rear platform tube. 

Components, Manufacturing and Warranty

All of our steel tube and parts have a lifetime warranty. The only wear item in the system are bearings, which we provide at cost to our customers to service their loaders. We also have a 14 day return window if for some reason the system does not meet your expectations. The customer is only responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
