Refund policy
Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a complete return. The customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee and return shipping for any returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at returns@motoloader.com. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund net of the 10% restocking fee and return shipping to your original payment method.
Fitment Issues or Changes
Partial component returns or exchanges are available to address fitment issues or changes (new truck install or changes in configuration). Any issues with your original configuration will be reviewed - if the issue originated in production we will send you your new parts for no additional charge.
Warranty
The steel and engineered components are warranted for life. To begin a warranty request, please contact warranty@motoloader.com, please include your serial number, proof of purchase, and pictures for your request. Non-MotoLoader components such as the winch are covered by the respective manufacturer. Wear items such as the winch cable, ball bearings, and the switch are covered for premature failure (6 months) as a courtesy to our customers. We will sell replacement wear parts to our customers at our bulk cost.
