This is the MotoLoader - the lightest, strongest, most cost-effective automated loading system for pickup trucks. This is the widest and longest pickup truck bed loading system on the market, with a full 48" width that maximizes truck bed space. 

In addition to the core loader system, we have a range of accessories that transform the MotoLoader into a bed slide, extend the loader's length, and increase the loading capacity. This system can be built out to a loader, cargo slide, and cargo management system all in one.  The ultimate cargo system for your truck.

About the MotoLoader

The system ships in 3 boxes (standard ground shipping, does not require freight or pallets), weighs under 200 pounds and is capable of loading up to 1600 pounds from flat ground into your truck bed with the press of a button. The MotoLoader fits any pickup truck with at least 48" between the wheel wells and requires no modifications or holes to be drilled in the truck bed. 

The system includes everything you need except a winch, winch-to-battery cables and terminals, and the 3/4" marine-grade plywood deck that can be sourced and cut to length at any big box hardware store. All hardware to mount the wood deck is included in the kit and holes for the hardware have been pre-cut in the steel tube frame. The winch and wiring kits are available on our website, the system accepts winches with a 3" x 4.875" mount bolt pattern (3500lb minimum capacity recommended). 

Designing a better Loader: MotoLoader vs Others

Unlike other systems on the market - there are no heavy hydraulics and no modifications or holes required in your truck bed. The platform is the widest and lowest profile on the market - stretching out to a full 48", allowing you to fit more on the platform and have more space in the bed when the platform is loaded. The platform easily disconnects and can be used stand-alone as a mobile wheeled storage solution with our front caster wheel accessory. The removable and stowable extensions allow you to keep the functionality of your tailgate and use a bed cover to protect and secure your bed. The system is installed using existing tie down points in your bed and can be removed and reinstalled in minutes.

Bed Slide and Cargo Management

By adding-on our bed slide accessory, the platform can be used as a bed slide to easily access your cargo or create a mobile work bench. The 3/4" wood deck can be customized with threaded inserts and used in conjunction with our track system for a variety of cargo management solutions, including: 

• Mount tools and equipment and create a mobile workbench / command center for various projects (chainsaw mount, shovel rack, miter saw bolt down points, etc.),
• Install packout system mounting trays or pelican hard cases to keep your tools and equipment organized,
• Add cross bars using our mounts to carry larger gear, equipment, kayaks, bicycles, rooftop tents, ladders, and more. 

Truck Fitment

The MotoLoader fits all trucks that have at least 48" in between the wheel wells. The loader will not fit trucks with less than 48" in between the wheel wells on the floor of the bed. 

The MotoLoader fits beds that are at least 5.5' long. We currently do not support 4.5' - 5' bed configurations. Select your truck bed length on this product page before adding the loader to cart. 

Components, Manufacturing and Warranty

The MotoLoader is a patent-pending design based on a steel tube structure that optimizes strength, weight, cost, and ease of customization. The steel tube is sourced and laser cut in the USA. The majority of our supply chain (97% of parts) is sourced within the USA. And our production line is in Grass Valley, California. All of our steel tube and parts have a lifetime warranty. The only wear item in the system are bearings, which we provide at cost to our customers to service their loaders. We also have a 14 day return window if for some reason the system does not meet your expectations. The customer is only responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
